This equipment mainly consists of a frame, an active device, a clamping device, a tension guide wheel group, a wire copper wheel group, and an electronic control part.
The active device includes a motor, electromagnetic brake, and ejector pin. The motor transmits power to the winding spindle through a V-belt, and the spindle has an electromagnetic brake for full disc braking and emergency stop. There is a top and a clamping cylinder on the clamping device, which are used to quickly clamp the wire spool to achieve the wire winding function.
